Add the Script
These next steps assume you are logged into your Wix web site and have the appropriate permissions to modify:
- Navigate to Manage & Edit Site
- Scroll down the left-hand panel and select Tracking & Analytics
- Click on New Tool
- You can choose from a variety of standard tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, or opt for Custom if your JavaScript choice isn’t listed.
- Paste your JavaScript code into the designated box labeled “Paste the code snippet here.”
- Provide a name for your Custom Code.
- Under “Add Code to Pages,” choose “Load code on each new page” from the dropdown menu within the “All pages” section.
- Select whether you want the JavaScript to be placed in the Head, Body-Start, or Body-End. Body-End should be fine for Vizaport.
- Finally, click on Apply.
In this example, we are using a Vizaport Chat Widget script which you get from configure widget page, but these steps should apply to any Javascript to be placed in Wix.
