If you are a WordPress user, you’ll find the plugin by typing Vizaport, or Vizaport AI Chat when adding a new plugin. The direct link to the plugin is here.
After installing and activating the plugin, go to the Vizaport Settings in the WordPress admin panel. You’ll see a screen such as the following to configure. Note, you will need your own OpenAI key for the free WordPress version of our plugin. If you upgrade to Lite or Pro plans with more features, you don’t need this key (we take care of it for you). After adding your OpenAI key, Step 2 is to configure text, colors and placement of the widget on your web site. Preview the chatbot, and proceed to Step 3 to add it to your site.
Once you choose “Add Widget” in Step 3 of the WordPress admin for Vizaport Settings, you’re live. It should look like the following when the user clicks on the icon and opens the chatbot. It will answer questions directly from ChatGPT.
