Network Visualizer Options

OnNet message ?

A custom message that appears when a user's address is within the OnNet distance. HTML anchor tags may be added to link to contact/registration forms (use target="_top").

NearNet message ?

A custom message that appears when a user's address is greater than the OnNet distance but less than the NearNet distance.

OffNet message ?

A custom message that appears when a user's address is greater than the NearNet distance.

OnNet distance (meters) ?

User's location is OnNet if distance from location to splice point is less than OnNet distance. When OnNet, no route information is provided to user.

NearNet distance (meters) ?

User's location is OnNet if distance from location to splice point is greather than OnNet and less than NearNet distance. If NearNet, routing options and costs are provided.

Installation cost per meter ?

Assign an average cost per meter to provide user with an installation cost estimate based on their calculated distance. No estimate is provided to user if this field is blank.

Show fiber (KML) ?

Displays fiber routes around the user's location. No fiber maps are shown if disabled.

Show route ?

Displays the optimal installation route from the user's location to a splice point for NearNet calculations.

Show splice points ?

Display splice points on fiber lines.

Calculate optimal route ?

AI calculates optimal routes across all splice points, not just to the closest splice point. For faster performance, disable this feature and it will only calculate closest splice point.

Calculate fiber availability ?

When a customer enters an address, fiber maps are loaded and a distance is calculated to the nearest fiber and OnNet, NearNet, and OffNet messages are used following the calculation.

Property Visualizer Options

Display assets at start?

Load default properties (assets) when the widget starts. Otherwise, it will wait until the user queries for nearby assets.

Search assets on user query?

Solar Visualizer Options

Initial solar analysis ?

Requires an address for first query and performs a solar analysis for the location and visualization of solar panel placement.

There are no specific configuration options for your industry.

Intro Message ?

Enter an Introduction Message which appears to the user when the chatbot is opened, providing instructions. If left blank, no message appears.

System Message?

Enter a System Message, otherwise known as an AI prompt. This message is not shown to the user. It is passed to the AI to provide additional context and can be used for prompt engineering. If left blank, no additional context is sent to the AI. Up to 200 chars.

Title Bar Text ?

Text in title and tab at bottom of page.

Input Field Text ?

Placeholder text in input field to prompt user for question.

Loading Text ?

Text that temporarily appears when AI is thinking.

Intro Message ?

Enter an Introduction Message, which is the default custom text that appears in the bottom response box when the Visual Widget is launched.

Main widget color (hex value).

Title Color ?

Title and tab text color (hex value).

User Chat Color ?

User text color in chat window (hex value).

System Chat Color ?

System text color in chat window (hex value).

Widget Color ?

Main widget color of the Visual Widget (hex value).

Fiber Line Color ?

Fiber line color of the Visual Widget (hex value).

Fiber Route Color ?

Fiber route color of the Visual Widget (hex value).

Custom AI Icon ?

Create a 45x45 image with transparent background and provide the complete URL to this icon in the input field.

Voice Recognition ?

Enables microphone - audio input for user questions

Enables speaker - audio output for AI answers

View Icons

Map ?

Required for applications displaying data on a 2D map.

Data ?

Displays data results in table and text view.

Image ?

Displays data results in image view (if applicable). Also allows uploading images for analysis if Image Analysis icon enabled.

Blocks ?

Displays outdoor basic imagery in 3D blocks. Block mode is used to easily identify and select structures.

3D Indoor ?

Displays indoor imagery in 3D view. This feature requires loading data into Matterport to view interiors of buildings and structures.

3D Outdoor ?

Displays outdoor imagery in realistic 3D mode. Using data from Google Earth, 3D mode shows realistic view of buildings and structures where data is available.

Tools Icons

Add to 3D ?

Allows users to add 3D objects to the 3D view. Requires 3D view.

Add to Map ?

Allows users to add markers, lines, circles and other patterns onto a map. Requires Map view.

Buildings ?

Enables users to view building information by selecting a structure. Requires Block view.

Calculator ?

Enables a custom business case calculator.

Coverage ?

Enables wireless signal propagation estimation. Requires 3D or Block view.

Download ?

Enables users to download files generated by the platform, including KML, CSV and imagery.

Fiber Plan ?

Enables the user to check the nearest fiber splice points, routes, and create network plans.

Graph ?

Enables users to generate common graphs based on current data set, using natural language commands. Requires Data view.

Line of Sight ?

Enables line of sight analysis between two points on a 3D map. Requires 3D or Block view.

Measure ?

Enables a ruler that measures the distance between two points. Requires Map view.

Roof ?

Enables imagery and modeling of a selected rooftop. Requires 3D view.

Route ?

Enables shortest street route calculation between two locations. Requires 3D or Block view.

Upload ?

Enables users to upload files to visualize data or analyze existing data. Supported files are KML, CSV and imagery.

Other Icons

AI ?

Artificial Intelligence icon default when widget is loaded (off or on). It can be toggled on by the user.

Help ?

Enables the help feature. If removing Airwaive's Help, suggest a custom version of help be developed for users and added to your site.

Image analysis ?

Enable image analysis. Icon only shown when AI is turned on in 3D mode. Allows AI analysis what the user is looking at.

Voice recognition ?

Enable voice recognition. Icon only shown when AI is turned on.

Zoom ?

Enables the +/- zoom feature on 2D maps. If removed, users can still zoom with mouse scroll wheel or touch screen pinch.

Link to Page or App ?

When all fields in this section are completed, user has option to click a link to transfer to a support page or live chat app.

Redirect Link (URL) ?

URL for a designated page or application (including WhatsApp) that allows user to transfer when link clicked.

Link Text ?

The text that appears to let the user know that it is an option to transfer to a support page or live chat app.

Link Question Limit ?

The number of questions a user asks before the handoff text appears and user has the option. Must be a number! If AI provides an incorrect answer, link appears immediately.

Link to Page or App

Custom Application Page ?

Enter a URL your page to give users the ability to Apply for service. Users are taken to this URL to begin the application process when certain events occur. See FAQs for details.

Size & Position

Visual Widget Width ?

Width of iFrame Widget. May specify in percentage or pixels.

Visual Widget Height ?

Height of iFrame Widget. Specify in pixels only.

Chat Widget Width ?

Width of the Chat Widget when open in pixels (px).

Chat Widget Height ?

Height of the Chat Widget when open in pixels (px).

Chatbot Position ?

Position of Chat Widget at bottom of page (unless embed mode is chosen).

Search Radius ?

The initial search radius in kilometers. Users can modify search radius after the initial query. Defaults to 10km unless otherwise specified.
