Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Vizaport Inc. (“Vizaport,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy and confidentiality of information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you visit www.vizaport.com, use FiberAI or any related Vizaport products and services (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information. This may include names, business email addresses, phone numbers, company names, job titles, account credentials, billing information, and communications with us.
- Customer Data. Customers may upload, enter, connect, or otherwise make available business information for use with the Services. Customer Data may include network, location, infrastructure, commercial, technical, pricing, planning, coverage, building, or related business information; files and datasets; and other information associated with a customer’s use of the Services. This may include KML, KMZ, building lists, rate cards, costing zones, and similar information, but Customer Data is not limited to those examples.
- Usage and device information. We may collect information about how the Services are accessed and used, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages or features used, dates and times of access, log information, and diagnostic information.
- Information from integrations or authorized users. We may receive information from a customer’s authorized users, integrations, or service providers when the customer chooses to connect or use them with the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services;
- Create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and communicate with customers;
- Process Customer Data at the customer’s direction and provide quoting, planning, prospecting, and related Service functionality;
- Provide information to authorized Buyers in connection with a requested quote, as described below;
- Monitor performance, prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents, and enforce our legal terms;
- Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and contractual obligations; and
- Create and use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, service improvement, and other lawful business purposes.
3. Customer Data, Account Segregation, and Confidentiality
Customer Data remains the customer’s data. Vizaport does not claim ownership of Customer Data.
We maintain Customer Data within the customer’s account environment and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to limit access to authorized users and authorized Vizaport personnel who need access to operate, support, secure, or improve the Services. We process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise authorized by the customer.
We do not sell Customer Data. We do not disclose sensitive network information to third parties except as directed or authorized by the customer, as necessary to provide the Services through service providers acting on our behalf, or when required by law.
4. Buyers and Quote-Related Sharing
FiberAI may help customers identify or respond to prospective buyers, quote requests, or similar commercial opportunities (“Buyers”). A customer remains hidden from a Buyer unless the customer authorizes Vizaport, through the Services or otherwise, to identify that customer or make the customer available in connection with a quote opportunity.
When a customer authorizes participation in a quote opportunity, Vizaport shares with the Buyer only the information reasonably necessary to support that quote opportunity or the customer’s requested Service functionality. We do not provide Buyers with sensitive network information merely because they request a quote. The customer controls whether it is made visible to a Buyer, subject to the customer’s account permissions and the functionality it elects to use.
5. Artificial Intelligence
Vizaport may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning-enabled tools to support certain Service functions. We do not provide sensitive Customer Data or sensitive network information to third-party AI systems for their own use or model training.
Where we use AI-enabled tools, we use them only with aggregated, de-identified, or non-sensitive business information, or as otherwise expressly authorized by the customer. We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models. AI-generated results may contain errors and should be reviewed by the customer before being relied upon for business, technical, commercial, or network decisions.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:
- Authorized users and Buyers. As directed or authorized by the customer, including the limited quote-related sharing described above.
- Service providers. With trusted vendors that provide services for us, such as hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, customer support, payment processing, or communications, and only as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal and safety purposes. When we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; protect the rights, security, or property of Vizaport, our customers, or others; or investigate fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where applicable.
- With consent. When the customer or individual has otherwise directed or authorized the disclosure.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. Customer Data is retained according to the applicable customer relationship, account status, and our retention practices. We may delete Customer Data associated with unpaid, inactive, or terminated accounts as permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of Customer Data where appropriate.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the nature of your relationship with Vizaport, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at support@vizaport.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.
Customers control their Customer Data through their account settings and authorized users. A Buyer that receives information in connection with a quote opportunity may have separate responsibilities for information it receives.
10. California Privacy Notice
Vizaport does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If the California Consumer Privacy Act or other California privacy laws apply to you, you may have rights to know, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. To exercise an applicable right, contact us at support@vizaport.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
